Webinar Description:

Whether you're leading a team or working within one, this course offers valuable insights and practical strategies that can enhance team dynamics, boost collaboration, and elevate overall workplace satisfaction.

Imagine your daily energy as a cup of hot coffee or tea. After a regular day at work, does it feel like your energy remained consistently hot throughout the day like it would in an insulated thermos, or do you feel like you were drinking coffee out of an old paper cup covered in holes? When it comes to productivity, there are certain tasks that are more energizing and fulfilling, and other tasks that drain the life force out of us. Thus is the nature of our working genius.

There are six types of working genius—two will energize and fulfill you, two will be life-sucking, and two will be tolerable but slowly draining over time. When the working geniuses of team members combine in positive and productive ways, they transform an entire team’s potential and enhance the results the team achieves.

Curious about what your working geniuses might be? Join us for this engaging and informative program as we explore the Six Types of Working Genius.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain profound insights into the distinctive working geniuses, including how individual working geniuses can contribute to collective success of the group while working frustrations can derail its progress.
  • Develop strategies to foster a culture of encouragement and inclusivity where team members appreciate and support one another's working geniuses, frustrations, and diverse approaches to work.
  • Explore practical tips and strategies to enhance teamwork, meeting productivity, and collaborative team efforts by aligning tasks with individual and collective working geniuses.
  • Enhance overall understanding of working geniuses to minimize misunderstandings, conflicts, and blame within the team, thus promoting open dialogue and constructive problem-solving.
  • Address a variety of workplace scenarios in a Q&A, including meeting productivity and team collaboration.
